if u see someone who was flagging a cab before u attempted to, u WAIT for the person to get a cab before u try flagging one down.
cos if u think ur whatever (ie.exam) is sooo important, u get on the cab and pretend not to know of the person's existance when the cab drives past the person who was waiting for a cab even before u came along, u're juz gonna fug up later (ie.fail the exam). sucker.
