to give u a pictorial idea of what's in jiamin & wz's stomachs.. this is so disgusting! it's a friggin snail... they're not escargots (as jiamin calls it).. they're literally snails.. u'll understand if u see their shell.. makes me wonder if the uncle caught them in his garden.. and if u take a closer look, they have eyes. yuck. qualifies for the gulp-down-the-most-disgusting-things-on-earth part of fear factor.

Rinjani traning today, or rather yesterday, was a killer... gawd..
i dun think it was really a killer.. juz the fact tt my stamina sucks... or maybe i'm accustomed to threadmills n the television programmes that come with them.. i need to buckup.

the boy & i were at east coast this evening.. after training & dinner with the rest..
i spotted the most amusing thing any one in the right state of mind would wear on the streets. this teenage guy, maybe 16? was wearing a belt.. with scrolling text on it (think the channel news asia ticker... the one tt says "Sadam on trail for mass murder....*scrollscroll*").. gawd.. did someone pay him to do so?! he looked au naturalle.. like he was proud wearing it... hilarious :b the the ticker was on the belt's buckle.. looked like a car plate, was 15+cm long, had a white frame n pink scrolling text... 5 yrs down the road, he's so gonna regret the fact that he ever wore that *grinz*

i'm craving Tony Romas *chomp* & loads of chips & retail therapy (now tt i have the time, i'm lacking the moolah...fugggg)
